To ensure a smooth transition and prevent disruptions to pending orders and payments, sellers must adhere to the following cancellation guidelines:
1. Notice Period
• Sellers must submit a formal cancellation request at least 30 days in advance through their seller dashboard or by contacting our support team.
• The cancellation will take effect after the 30-day notice period, ensuring all transactions are completed smoothly.
2. Pending Orders & Payments
• Sellers are responsible for fulfilling all pending orders before their account is deactivated.
• Any outstanding payments, refunds, or disputes must be settled before the cancellation is finalized.
3. Subscription Billing & Refunds
• The seller’s subscription will remain active until the end of the 30-day notice period.
• No refunds will be issued for unused time within the subscription cycle.
4. Account Deactivation
• After the 30-day period, the seller’s account will be deactivated, and product listings will be removed.
• If a seller wishes to return to the marketplace, they may need to undergo a new approval process and subscription setup.
• In cases of business closure, legal issues, or other unavoidable circumstances, early deactivation will be considered at the marketplace’s discretion
